Discovery Meeting

Created 1st Iteration of Logo Designs

Client Feedback + Final Logo

Discussed with the client the current situation of their business goals and design needs. Started to concept ideas for logo redesign and new target audiences.

Developed a few logo concepts based on the client’s feedback of incorporating their origins of Instilling Hope and symbolic inferences of their practice.

Finalised the logo through a second iteration based on further feedback from the client.

Website Process

Client Meeting + Information Architecture of the New Website: Discussed needs and wants for the practice and how to develop the site for new and current users.

Created 1st Iteration of Website Wireframes: From the feedback and insights gathered, wireframes were created to reflect the UI changes of the practice as well as additional services provided.

Consolidated QA and stakeholder insights using an online platform

Development phase included translating the Adobe XD file into HTML/CSS: Setting up design components and styling to ensure the output was pixel-perfect and exporting assets properly.

Problem Scope

The main pain points of the previous website included:

  • Disorganized information architecture made it difficult for users to find key services, therapist info, or take action (e.g., booking, telehealth), leading to high bounce rates and task failure.

  • The previous design lacked culturally resonant visuals and language, failing to connect with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ users or build emotional trust essential for mental health engagement.

  • The site was not mobile-first or ADA-compliant, with poor contrast, unresponsive layouts, and inaccessible forms.
